Keeping Yourself Healthy & Safe at a Protest

Come learn how to be mentally and physically prepared for being on the streets protesting. What to bring, what to wear and what to expect! We will talk about:
* Physical and mental self-care before, during and after an action
* Jail self-care
* What to bring and what to expect at an action.
* Chemical weapons and potential police tactics that can be harmful.
* Spreading calm and rumor control
2 hour training taught by local Seattle Street Medics.
